Course Enrollment Terms

Effective date: October 2, 2026

These Course Enrollment Terms apply to your purchase of Practical CAPM® Exam Preparation (the "Course") from LevelUP AI Training LLC ("LevelUP," "we," "us"). They add to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If these Enrollment Terms conflict with the Terms of Use on a purchase-specific matter, these Enrollment Terms control.

1. What you are purchasing

A personal, non-transferable license for one learner to access the Course on the LevelUP learning platform for the access period below. The Course includes guided lessons, module checkpoints, practice assessments and exams, the AI Mentor study coach, and a certificate of completion when you meet the completion requirements.

2. Access period

  • Founders offer ($99): 12 months of access from the date your enrollment is created.
  • Student offer ($59): the same access period as the current offer, which is 12 months from the date your enrollment is created while the Founders offer is available.

The price and access period shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Access begins when your enrollment is created, whether or not you have opened a lesson. When the access period ends, Course access ends. Certificates you have already earned remain valid and downloadable.

3. Refunds

CAPM purchases are non-refundable once course access has been granted, except where required by law, for duplicate charges, or when LevelUP cannot provide the purchased course as described.

Course access is granted immediately after purchase. By completing your purchase, you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, once access is granted, you lose any statutory right to cancel that would otherwise apply.

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, email help@leveluptraining.ai with your name, purchase date, and the reason for your request.

4. Exam Support Promise

The Exam Support Promise provides additional support and access under its own published conditions. It is not a money-back guarantee and does not change the refund terms above. See the Exam Support Promise for details.

5. Certificate of completion

You earn the certificate by completing the Start Here lessons, all 33 guided lessons, the four module checkpoints, and the End-of-Course Assessment. Checkpoints and the End-of-Course Assessment may be retaken; submitting each one counts toward completion. Practice exams, readiness assessments, and the AI Mentor are optional.

The certificate records 24 contact hours of project management education, which meets the CAPM® 23-hour education requirement. It is a certificate of course completion from LevelUP. It is not a PMI credential, and LevelUP is not affiliated with or endorsed by Project Management Institute, Inc. You are responsible for meeting PMI's current eligibility and application requirements.

6. Your account and acceptable use

Your enrollment is for you alone. Do not share your login, give others access to the Course, or copy, record, redistribute, or resell Course materials, questions, or explanations. We may suspend access without refund for account sharing or misuse.

7. AI Mentor

The AI Mentor is an AI study coach. It can make mistakes, does not provide professional advice, and is not available during graded assessments. Its availability may be limited by fair-use limits. Do not enter sensitive personal information into it.

8. No exam guarantee

The Course supports your preparation, but LevelUP does not guarantee that you will pass the CAPM® exam or achieve any particular result.

9. Changes to the Course

We may update Course content to keep it accurate and current. If we materially reduce what you purchased during your access period and cannot provide it as described, you may request a refund under Section 3.
