Exam Support Promise

This is not a money-back guarantee. It does not change the refund terms in the Course Enrollment Terms, and it does not cover PMI exam or retake fees. The conditions below apply as published at the time of your purchase.

What you get

If you qualify and do not pass the CAPM® exam, LevelUP AI Training provides, at no additional cost:

  • 90 additional days of course access, starting on the date your claim is approved, even if your original access has ended.
  • A written, prioritized recovery plan based on your course, End-of-Course Assessment, practice-exam, and any PMI domain results you share.
  • Assigned lesson reviews and targeted practice.
  • Continued access to the practice resources and the AI Mentor, under the normal fair-use limits.
  • One written progress check-in by email during the extension.

Who is eligible

Included: paid enrollments, including the Founders offer, the student offer, and other partially discounted paid enrollments.

Not included:

  • Enrollments with a 100%-off coupon.
  • Complimentary, administrative, or other free enrollments.
  • Sponsored or partner enrollments, unless the offer expressly includes the Exam Support Promise in writing.
  • Purchases that were refunded or charged back.
  • Accounts suspended for a material violation of the Course Enrollment Terms.

Requirements

All of the following must be completed before your CAPM® exam date:

  1. Complete the course. Finish all 41 required activities that earn the certificate: the Start Here lessons, all 33 guided lessons, the four module checkpoints, and the End-of-Course Assessment.
  2. Score 70% or higher on the End-of-Course Assessment. Your most recent attempt must be 70% or higher. (The certificate accepts any score; the Promise requires 70%.)
  3. Show current readiness on a full practice exam. Your most recent attempt on Practice Exam 1 or Practice Exam 2 (the course's two full-length, 150-question practice exams) must score 70% or higher and be completed no more than 30 days before your CAPM® exam date. This attempt is your readiness attempt; no other exam is required. If your last attempt is more than 30 days old, retake either practice exam before your CAPM® exam. Domain results do not affect eligibility; they guide your recovery plan.
  4. Take the CAPM® exam during your original access period. That is 12 months from enrollment for the Founders offer and for student enrollments made while the Founders offer is available.

The Four-Domain Readiness Assessment, Exam Format Sampler, Exam Practice Center, the second practice exam, and use of the AI Mentor are not required.

How to claim

Email help@leveluptraining.ai within 14 calendar days of your CAPM® exam attempt. Include a PMI or Pearson VUE score report, a dashboard screenshot, or the official results email showing:

  • your name,
  • the CAPM® exam,
  • the exam date, and
  • the result.

You may redact your candidate and eligibility IDs. We do not need payment details or other personal identification. If the name on your score report differs from your LevelUP account name (for example, a legal name versus a display name), say so in your email; we may ask for one detail to confirm the match.

We aim to approve your claim or ask for more information within five business days.

Limits

  • One Exam Support Promise claim per paid enrollment. A later unsuccessful attempt does not create another extension, though you may purchase additional access if it is offered.
  • The Promise does not include refunds, PMI exam or retake fees, private tutoring or unlimited individual coaching, unlimited AI Mentor use, a guaranteed passing result, or any automatic extension beyond the 90 days.
